Information you send
Lead forms ask for your name, phone, email, a message, and, if you are selling or trading, vehicle details such as VIN or year, make, model, mileage, and condition. Availability forms also include the listing you were viewing.
How it is used
CARNOVA uses that information to answer your question, talk about a vehicle, schedule a visit, or discuss financing or a sale. If a delivery webhook is configured, the form is sent to the dealership’s automation tool (n8n or a similar service) so the team can respond. If it is not configured, the site asks you to call, text, or email instead.
What we do not collect here
This website does not ask for Social Security numbers, ITIN numbers, driver’s license numbers, or bank account numbers. Credit applications and pre-qualification are hosted on carnova.us. Those pages have their own handling of sensitive information.
Language preference
If you choose English or Spanish for key buttons, that choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. The site does not run advertising trackers.
